2.料位控制方面采用韓國(guó)進(jìn)口振動(dòng)式發(fā)泡感應(yīng)控制器，可正確感知發(fā)泡粒的上升度，維持發(fā)泡比重偏差為最小值（18-25g偏差在±1%）。

3.預(yù)發(fā)罐上裝有溫度控制裝置，能將發(fā)料爐的溫度變化控制到最小，達(dá)到節(jié)約熱能的效果。
There is temperature controlling device in the pre-expanding vessel,it can control the temperature change into smallest level so that it can save the heat energy.
4.汽水分離裝置能有效消除凝結(jié)水的發(fā)生及發(fā)泡粒的結(jié)塊現(xiàn)象，進(jìn)而達(dá)到減少原料含水率的目的。
Steam-Water discharge device can avoid the solidification of the water and the lumping of the foam, thus it can reduce the water entrainment rate of the material.
5.機(jī)器運(yùn)作中突然發(fā)生停止情況（如停電或機(jī)械發(fā)生嚴(yán)重問題）時(shí)，蒸汽閥會(huì)立即自動(dòng)關(guān)閉，同時(shí)會(huì)自動(dòng)供應(yīng)空氣到發(fā)料爐內(nèi)，以防止料在發(fā)料爐內(nèi)結(jié)塊，為產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)提供雙重保障。
When emergency accident happens (eg.power off or there are some serious problems with the machine), the steam valve can be automatically closed immediately,at the same time,the air can be infeed in the vessel automatically in case the material be lumped in the vessel.this can give double insurance for the product quality.
6.友好的人機(jī)界面。觸摸屏控制系統(tǒng)可以自動(dòng)檢測(cè)故障并發(fā)出警報(bào)，告知故障發(fā)生位置及修復(fù)方法，使維修更加簡(jiǎn)便快捷。

The heating base plate is made of high quality stainless steel and after precious laser cutting.During heating,the steam can pass through the base plate more smoothly and equivalently,this can make pre-expanding density more stable,the parcels will be more even,the steam exhaust can be reduced accordingly,this can save the material cost and the energy cost as much as possible.
