1、機(jī)器采用振動式切割方式,振動頻率可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),對于熱固性板材切割起到了關(guān)鍵作用;

2、機(jī)器速度控制方面采用變頻器控制,設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)更加平穩(wěn)、適合切割各種密度板材;
The cutting speed iscontrolled by the Frequency Transformer, the running is smoother, so the machine is suitable for cutting the blocks with all kinds of density.
3、機(jī)器采用觸摸屏與PLC控制,內(nèi)部各項(xiàng)參數(shù)全部通過觸摸屏來設(shè)定,操作簡單,易于掌握;
The controlling of the machine iscarried out by MMI and PLC, all parameters will be set through the MMI that is very easy.
4、電壓調(diào)節(jié):設(shè)備采用知名品牌調(diào)壓器,電壓控制平穩(wěn),能很好的保證板材切割的平整度等,安全系數(shù)高;
Voltage adjustment is carried out by famous transformer, the voltage control is smooth, thus it can ensure the flatness of the block after cutting.Also it is very safe.
